- Chia Fong has accumulated over 30 years of commercial and professional experience across the Middle East, South East Asia and South Pacific regions
- Chartered Accountant with expertise in enterprise risk management, business integration, financial management, real estate and venture capital
- Currently a member of the Valuation Committee of Phillips Private Equity and serves as the Head of Compliance in a Fintech company in Singapore
- Held leadership positions in Emaar Properties PJSC, a listed conglomerate in Dubai, where she worked on projects such as the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and townships, contributing to organizational growth and excellence
- Strategic domains include enterprise risk management, business continuity planning, crisis management, business processes, policy and governance framework, enterprise-wide information systems, finance, property launches and customer experience programs
- Successfully embedded ERM as ‘business-as-usual,’ executed crisis management plans during the 2008-9 global financial crisis and planned business continuity activities
- Assisted in planning and executing Majid-Al Futtaim’s maiden property launch in Dubai (2018) and their joint venture partnership handover of property units in Lebanon.

- In Malaysia, assisted an SME in implementing a more congruent organizational line of reporting, budgetary system and tax planning discipline
- Assisted the SME during the Covid-19 emergency period in liquidity management, compliance with Covid-19 rules, health and safety requirements and negotiations with suppliers and business partners
- Currently serves as an Adjunct Lecturer at Nanyang Technological University of Singapore and has delivered the UK and Australian undergraduate accounting and auditing programs for HELP University Malaysia
